This area of the website is relevant to all students and contains both basic and advanced information. Photographs are available of the stances and striking/blocking areas of the hands (feet to follow) courtesy of Sensei Andy Wilkinson (Renketsu). Kata information is sparse (only 4 done so far) and will be updated in future. Please feel free to make any suggestions or comments to the webmaster about this site as we are looking to put as much information here as possible. Videos of kata are unlikely to be put on here due to the amount of bandwidth they will take up being downloaded and space on the webserver. Anyone wishing to contribute articles for this section may do so by emailing the above address with the article, please be aware that these will be proof read for suitability (and may have spelling/gramatical changes made if necessary) and then will become available as public information.
